At Precise Performance, we take pride in the quality of our custom steering wheels and automotive accessories. Because many of our products are custom-built to your specifications, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom-Built Products

All custom steering wheels, including those configured through our Customization and RacingHub builders, are made to order based on your selected options. Custom-built products are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

For standard, non-customized products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@preciseperformance.shop with your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective/damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Change of mind (non-custom items only): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Cancellations

Orders for custom products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Standard product orders may be cancelled any time before shipment.
